Dentist
Dr. Trent Lamirande was born and raised in South Winnipeg, graduating from Dakota Collegiate in 2003. Following a brief career as an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer, he decided to return to school, earning his dental degree from the University of Manitoba College of Dentistry in 2018.
During his studies, Dr. Trent received several academic awards, including the American Association of Endodontics Award, the Mary Jane Ego Trophy, the Canadian Academic Pediatric Dentistry Award, and the Ross McIntyre Scholarship.
In addition to his private practice, Dr. Trent is an associate professor at the College of Dentistry and previously served as a civilian dentist at the Canadian Forces Base. Active within the dental community, he is a member of the executive board of the Winnipeg Dental Society and is licensed with both the Manitoba Dental Association and the Canadian Dental Association.
In his free time, Dr. Trent enjoys camping with his wife, Krissy, their sons, Riley and Miles, and their dog, Coal. He also loves fishing, golfing, and playing hockey with friends, and can often be found snowboarding at his favorite ski hill, Big White.
