Creek Village Dental follows the Manitoba Dental Association’s recommended Fee Guide.  For our patient’s convenience, we do direct billing to most insurance companies. In cases where your insurance company does not accept electronic submissions we will have your claim forms ready to sign after your appointment and submit them on your behalf. Once we receive payment from your insurance company, you are responsible for paying the remaining balance.  If you have a second insurance, please let us know, and we can take care of billing that for you as well.

It is important to note that every insurance plan is different, and due to the privacy act, insurance companies may not disclose your insurance information to us. It is your responsibility to know what your plan entails - if you have any questions our staff will gladly help you out!
