Every dental procedure is unique, so the cost of your visit will vary based on your specific treatment, the affected teeth, and your individual needs.
At Creek Village Dental, we adhere to the Manitoba Dental Association fee guide, which is updated annually. We want you to feel comfortable and informed about your treatment. If you have any questions about the costs associated with your treatment plan, please discuss them with your dentist. Our front desk staff can provide a detailed quote and explain any charges. Our goal is to help you achieve a confident smile while ensuring you fully understand the costs involved.
Coverage varies by provider; some plans cover costs directly, while others require upfront payment with reimbursement later. For new patients, please provide your insurance information when scheduling your appointment to verify coverage and ensure everything is in order before your visit. Patients are responsible for any costs not covered by insurance at the time of treatment.
Creek Village Dental follows the Manitoba Dental Association’s Fee Guide and offers direct billing to most insurance companies for your convenience. If your insurance does not accept electronic submissions, we will prepare and submit claim forms on your behalf after your appointment. Once we receive payment from your insurance, you are responsible for any remaining balance. If you have secondary insurance, please let us know so we can manage that billing for you as well.
Yes, we accept the CDCP coverage, however, patients are ultimately responsible for any balance not covered by the plan. To help determine your coverage, we can submit a predetermination request before treatment begins, which provides a clearer picture of what will be covered and any potential out-of-pocket costs. For precise details about your coverage and billing, please consult with our office. Our team is here to assist with any questions and ensure you understand your benefits.
The Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP) provides coverage for a range of dental services, including preventive care like cleanings and exams, as well as basic restorative treatments such as fillings and simple extractions. Coverage for preventive services can vary, and while many cases may be covered at a high percentage, it’s not guaranteed to be 100%. Basic restorative treatments generally receive coverage ranging from 60% to 90%, while major procedures, such as crowns, typically have lower coverage rates, usually between 50% and 70%. The exact percentage of coverage depends on the specific treatment and eligibility criteria.
